An Ode to HR _ Human Resources

This note is a general note of indication of professional,man management and executive management community in general for the activities which happens in daily professional lives of many.blah blah..

A general note just to have a general category for our references!!!!!

1) Attainers : Attain only what is meant for realisation of goals.

2) Gainers : Constantly achieveing on results and gols more than expected and expected perfoming on all fronts[recruitment,identifying,contacting resourcefullness] at all times.

3) Establisher: Not only the first and second but making sure it is happening continuosly.

Instances events and unthoughtful and unprecedented happenings.

A mail

Should be formatted edited depending on context, of the job requirement,clearly stating the needs of the employer.

Never send bulk mail to candidates without marking all of them in ‘BCC’.

Should have all the qualities,experiences what employer is looking for clearly mentioned.

Should avoid sending irrelevant mails to candidates as bulk mails and [ too awkward asking them to help you find relevant candidates].
